We offer an opportunity for schools to enhance student learning through volunteering experiences that connect classroom lessons with real-world impact.

The Flying Fox Camp

Each year, many schools partner with Flying Fox facilitate camp programs that are unique to each school community, where their students are recruited, trained and mobilised to support young people with disability on a sleepaway camp.

Alternatively, students can be supported to volunteer through our weekly social activities, which bring together young people with disability in fun, inclusive environments.

Applied Learning

Whether through a camp program or by volunteering at our weekly social activities, students can extend their learning through hands-on experiences that enrich their education and help them develop practical skills in real-world contexts.

Immersive volunteering experiences through Flying Fox spark curiosity and deepen understanding, allowing students to engage with concepts in memorable and meaningful ways. Students will have the opportunity to apply their learning in ways that create a positive impact on the world and provide space to build meaningful connections with young people with disability.
